" During the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the village of Chainpurwa was severely impacted, leaving its residents on the brink of hunger. The dire situation forced some of them to resort to illegal activities. However, with the help of the government, various individuals, businesses, and NGOs, the villagers were able to receive assistance.

The Chainpurwa Kayakalp Foundation played a significant role in providing sustainable livelihoods, such as beekeeping and candle-making, to the villagers. As a result of these efforts, Chainpurwa has undergone a remarkable transformation. The village now boasts highly motivated young individuals and independent women who have overcome their hardships and are proud of their inspiring success stories."
